Contract, Terms & Conditions

Boarding Contract Terms:

The dog’s up-to-date vaccination record (DHPPiL and kennel cough) and identification card must be entrusted to the facility for the duration of the stay.

Up-to-date treatment for internal parasites (deworming) and external parasites (ticks and fleas) must be provided at the beginning of the stay.

Sufficient food must be provided to avoid digestive upset related to the change in diet. We provide a freezer for other types of diets (BARF or RM) provided you supply the necessary pre-prepared portions.

The dog will have a private 36m² space with an individual, insulated kennel adapted to its size. It will also have access to a sheltered terrace area adjacent to the kennel.

Several play areas are available for the dog, with or without other dogs depending on its behavior.

The days will be structured with playtime with other dogs (when possible), walks within the grounds, activities with our staff, and rest time in their personal space. We require a half-day trial before any new bookings to ensure a good fit between the animal, the facility, and the people who will be accompanying them during their stay. (Reduced rate of €10) The boarding facility reserves the right to refuse any aggressive or destructive animal.

If the dog becomes ill, the facility will inform the owner and take the dog to a veterinary clinic if necessary. The owner will be fully responsible for the costs of this treatment upon presentation of the veterinary bill. Whenever possible, we will contact the owner’s regular veterinarian, except in emergencies.

The owner is required to inform the boarding facility of their pet’s health status. If your pet is on medication, the owner must provide written authorization from their veterinarian to allow us to administer the medication.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the start of the stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer, check, or cash. For cancellations made less than one month before the start date, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made less than two weeks before the start date, the full amount of the stay is due. In the event of illness or accident causing the animal to become immobile, or in the event of death, the deposit will be refunded unconditionally upon presentation of a certificate from the veterinarian.

We strongly recommend bringing your pet’s personal belongings (bedding, toys, etc.) to minimize disruption. The boarding facility provides bedding and food bowls if needed. We are not liable for any damages.

The owner remains responsible for any damage caused by their pet during its stay.

The owner entrusts their dog to us knowing the fence height (2 meters) and the anti-escape measures in place. In the event of an escape, the kennel cannot be held responsible. Each dog will be given a collar tag with the kennel’s contact information upon arrival and will remain attached for the duration of the stay.

If the animal is not collected at the end of the stay, after one week we will be obliged to entrust it to a shelter.

We do not accept Category 1 dogs. We do accept Category 2 dogs, provided a muzzle is supplied.

In the event of the animal’s death, the kennel cannot be held responsible. An autopsy, at the owner’s expense, can be performed if necessary. For dogs over 10 years old, the owner entrusts their animal to us with full awareness of the risks associated with age.
